Knowledge Online required an updated, more interactive website to drive increased visitor traffic and subsequent leads to the KOL site.

MDB identified key areas for improvement within the KOL website.
These included:
1. Changes to the homepage and global page template to make better use of screen real-estate and draw attention to the most pertinent information/areas of the site
2. The creation of a new area in the site where users can download documents such as product brochures and product justification documents
3. Revisiting the design of the case studies page to facilitate a more flexible and user friendly approach
4. The creation of a log-in section to allow users to access restricted areas of the site
5. A mailshot subscription service
6. Updating the news pages to a more up-to-date, scalable and efficient method of delivering news and events
7. "Recommend a friend” function where visitors can recommend people to certain areas of the site or to specific products on offer
8. Google Site Map optimisation
9. Installing an accurate website statistics package
The end result was a more up-to-date, flexible and content-driven site, attracting better quality leads with improved search engine rankings.
