Client Overview

Taxbriefs Financial Publishing has produced a range of publications, client marketing materials and reference sources for the financial services industry for over 30 years.

Requirements

Taxbriefs required an online solution to allow clients to order financial information specific to their business and to brand the documents themselves online.

Issues

Taxbriefs took orders for their financial information over the phone and branded the client's document manually. This took up much of Taxbriefs time and restricted how and when clients could place an order. Taxbriefs required a solution which would offer their clients a fast and efficient service as well as the ability to order financial information at any time.

By introducing branding and product selection online, clients recieved much faster turnaround times and Taxbriefs halved the time they spent on admin duties.

Solution

The new online Budget Summary system created by MDB Consulting significantly reduced the time Taxbriefs spent summarising budgets, fulfilling orders and carrying out general admin duties.

Clients now had much more control with the ability to order bespoke content online, with minimal input from Taxbriefs. As well as shortening the length of time spent on each order, accuracy improved with clients placing their order directly into the system.
